The Program


If you have read How This Site Works you would by now know that this site is built by a program I have written.
Some may also know that Kays Kinder Surprise Site was also built using a custom made version of my program.
What I am planning to do is to allow you to download from this page a cut down version of the program (without the web stuff in it), so that you can a)see if you wish to buy a full version and b) recommend changes to the program.

A Guide To The Program (KaysKinders Version 2.33)

The SELECT WINDOW:

As you can see from the image above, you are presented with several options as to what you want to do.
First off:
KINDER SURPRISE - This brings up the KINDER SURPRISE WINDOW
HANDPAINTED KINDER - This brings up the HANDPAINTED KINDER WINDOW
WEB STUFF - This brings up the WEB STUFF WINDOW
BPZs - This brings up the BPZ WINDOW
PUZZLES - This brings up the PUZZLES WINDOW
TOTALS - This brings up the TOTALS WINDOW
CONFIGURE WEB STUFF - This brings up the CONFIG WINDOW


KINDER SURPRISE WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the Kinder Surprise window allows you to manage you K numbered Kinder surprise Collection.
The Kinder Surprise window contains various information (including alot of pictures of the toys and bpzs, although these will not be in the sample download from this page as there are over 40MB of them), about your collection and the abillity to manage it.
You can see listings on your duplicates, missing toys and even build a temporary page to view all the pictures at once.
The kinder Surprise window is the main part of the program.

HANDPAINTED KINDER WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the Handpainted Kinder window does a similar job to the Kinder Surprise window, although this time for Handpainted Kinders.
Again you get various options to help you manage your collection, these include listings of your duplicates, and missing/got toys, it also contains pictures of all the toys (again these are not included in the sample download due to size).

WEB STUFF WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the Web Stuff window is used to build the entire web site. There are various customisation options and full management features for LINKS,NEWS,TRADING TABLE,EMAILS (an address holder thing), MAIN PAGE.
Any changes you make to your collection (via the other windows) will automatically be made to the web pages when you build them.
(This is not included in the sample download).

BPZs WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the BPZ window allows you to manage your collection of Handpainted BPZs (for trading purposes really).
You can add as many BPZ's as you wish (when a new set comes along just add it in).
Also (soon to be included) is the ability to manage tradeable K number BPZs.

PUZZLES WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the Puzzles Window is not quite finished at the moment. When it is, it will allow you to manage your collection of puzzles (the Kinder Surprise Window allows you to mark selected toys into various catagories, one of which is Puzzles).
Also the Puzzles window will allow you to manage not only K numbered toys but no numbered Italian Kinder puzzles and German Puzzles.

TOTALS WINDOW:

As you can see from the (reduced size) image above, the Totals window is basically a display of your entire collection of K Numberd Toys.
The window displays the totals for:
TOYS,
INSLIPS (bpzs),
TOTAL (total number of toys released in year),
?? (the number of unknown toys in the year),
MADE (number of duplicates you have made up),
UNMADE (number of duplicates you have mint),
NEED (number of toys you need to complete that year, total toys minus the number you have minus the ?? toys).

Also similar is done with the handpainted.
And to make it that little bit more useful, by clicking on any of the INSLIP boxes you get a list of the inslips you are missing.

CONFIGURE WEB STUFF WINDOW:
This is unfinished but will allow you to configure colour schemes for your web site, built by the WEB STUFF window.
